Yes. The length of the warranty period varies from product to product. All products are subject to the terms of the warranty that is expressly stated on, packaged with, or accompanies the product unless stated otherwise by AV Electronics and substituted with a localised warranty. For example, all Apple devices (Macs, iPads, iPods and iPhones) are covered by the standard Apple 1-year limited international warranty.

All purchases through the web store are final and non-exchangeable. Please double-check the items in your shopping-cart before proceeding to check-out.

AV Electronics will, on best effort basis, assist with product returns within a reasonable time (max 2 days from date of item invoice) provided the goods are:

  1. in original condition, original packaging, current version and not a special order, hardware, peripheral or clearance item.
  2. if the return is authorised by AV Electronics, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.


Return or exchange of computer hardware and peripherals is sometimes not possible due to various manufacturers’ constraints on AV Electronics (unless faulty). Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, AV Electronics reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Unless agreed otherwise prior to purchasing, all sales shall be considered firm sales.

Currently there are no member discounts offered. Do check-in from time to time as we do have a loyalty programme in the pipeline.

Yes. Simply indicate in the shipping method box at the end of the checkout process that you wish for IN STORE PICK UP and indicate the preferred store (Kiulap or Kuala Belait) to pick-up from.

All products sold through our AVE Web-store are genuine. Products are directly sourced from the brand and their respective distributors. There are certain brands which have a barcode or a serial number on the product packaging, especially for high value premium products which allow the user to register the product on their website. Unfortunately this option is not available for all brands.


Of course. You can contact us via email to send your request for special order. Please include full personal details such as your full name, address, mobile/cell number, and the full product details such as name of the product, product web-site link, colour and size (if applicable). We will reply promptly with a quote on how much it will cost to import-in.

To confirm your order, simply reply back to our email. Please note that a deposit will be required to confirm the order. This can be paid in-store or via bank/wire transfer.

Currently, we do not offer pre-ordering of any products on our web store. However, upon announcement , pre-orders can be placed in any of our brick and mortar stores with deposits.

Of course. You can place your order for the product. If the product is sold-out, but still on display in our web store, any orders received will be converted to a back-order.

Please note that if a particular product is out-of-stock, it means that we are working hard on getting them back in-stock. It may also mean that new stocks are already on their way to us. If we have an estimated-date-of-arrival, we will also mention this on the product page.

Our team will contact you personally once you purchase an item that is placed on back-order.


Our web store is currently for local purchases only. Do check-in from time to time should we expand to include International shipping.

Should you wish to purchase an item as a gift for someone living in Brunei, simply input their local address as the Ship-To.

We currently are able to deliver to addresses within the Brunei-Muara, Tutong and Kuala Belait districts only. Unfortunately there is no delivery to Temburong. We are working hard on this and hope to have a delivery solution for addresses in Temburong in the not too distant future.

If you are placing an order through the web store and live in Temburong, please do select IN STORE PICK UP and indicate the preferred store (Kiulap or Kuala Belait) to pick up from. Kiulap would be the closest and most convenient for most cases. We do apologise for this inconvenience.

We offer free shipping for all addresses located within the Brunei-Muara, Tutong and Kuala Belait districts for orders totalling and above BND50.

We can amend the delivery contact details just as long as we have not shipped out your order. Please inform us immediately via phone/email. Do include your full order details and use your Invoice/Order number as the email subject matter.

Failure to provide your correct details when checking-out may result in disposal of your order by the Parcel Centre and or Courier which is non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to alter the delivery details if the package is already dispatched and on its way to the Ship-To address.

Depending on stock availability, please allow delivery of 1-2 working days after the Payment has been confirmed, depending on your location. Currently there is no delivery to addresses in the Temburong district.

Please do check your order status in My Account dashboard. . To protect all parties, please present us your Identity Card (IC) upon delivery.
