One Time Screen Replacement

  1. Claim valid only for the Display and is valid only within 1 year from the date of purchase (or) activation date whichever is earlier.
  2. The Screen Replacement will be covered for only one time, within 1 year from the date of purchase (or) activation date whichever is earlier.
  3. Other defects must be rectified first if found, before proceeding with display replacement (issues like liquid damage, body displacement, back side crack will not be covered).
  4. A replacement charge of B$69 (or USD50) will be billed to the customer for eligible claim for a one time screen replacement.
  5. Should customer decide not to proceed with the claim and/or repairs, after diagnosis to ascertain claim eligibility is completed, a labour service charge of B$80 (or USD58) will be billed to customer for work done on the phone.
  6. A period of 90 Days functional guarantee will be provided for replacement display.
  7. Approval for repair will take a minimum of 2 working days from the date of receipt of the device to the AASP.
  8. The display replacement shall be subject to parts availability. AASP shall not be responsible for its non-availability due to force majeure.
